Outerwear

A return for a refund is possible within 14 days of receipt of the shipment, if:

• the articles are unworn, undamaged, not soiled or washed
• all labels or return tape are attached to the article

We reserve the right to return items that do not meet these requirements for a fee.

Swimwear and lingerie

• For hygienic reasons, panties cannot be returned.
• The 14-day right of return applies to tops / bras (as above).
• The buyer pays for the return shipping.
• The buyer is responsible for the proper delivery of the goods and bears the risk of loss. We therefore recommend that you choose insured shipping via DHL, Hermes or similar with shipment tracking. We are not liable for lost goods.
